- Is it free to search for a photographer?
- Yes. Searching, browsing and enquiring are completely free for clients. You never pay us anything.
- Do you take a commission on bookings?
- No. You arrange the booking and payment directly with the photographer. We are not a booking agent.
- How do enquiries work?
- You fill in the enquiry form on a photographer's profile. Your details go to that one photographer only — we never sell or share your enquiry with anyone else.
- Why can't I see photographers' email addresses?
- We deliberately never publish contact emails. It protects photographers from scrapers and spam, and it means every enquiry is tracked so photographers can respond properly.
- What does the verified badge mean?
- It means we have checked the business details the photographer supplied — their identity and business registration where applicable. It is not for sale and it does not indicate quality.
- How are prices shown?
- Every listing carries a price band in South African Rand so you can gauge affordability before enquiring. Final quotes come from the photographer.
- Do you cover small towns?
- Yes. Every town in South Africa is in our database, and photographers who travel list their service areas, so smaller towns still return results.
- Is listing free for photographers?
- Yes, permanently. Optional Pro and Featured plans affect placement and profile capacity only.
- How do you handle my personal information?
- In line with POPIA. We collect only what is needed to pass your enquiry to the photographer, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
