1. About this service
findphotographers.co.za is a directory that helps people in South Africa find photographers. We are not a party to any agreement between a client and a photographer, we do not supply photography services, and we do not take a commission on bookings.
2. Using the directory
You may browse and enquire free of charge. You may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish directory content, submit false enquiries, or use enquiry forms to send marketing.
3. Listings
Photographers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing. By listing, you confirm you hold the rights to the images you upload and that your business details are truthful. We may edit, suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms.
4. Reviews
Reviews must describe a genuine experience. We moderate submissions and remove content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or written by a competitor. Photographers may reply publicly once per review.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in South African Rand and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing; your listing reverts to the free plan at the end of the paid period. Paid plans affect placement and profile capacity only — never reviews, ratings or verification outcomes.
6. Liability
We provide the directory "as is". We are not liable for the conduct, quality or availability of any listed photographer, or for losses arising from a booking made through the directory.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
