Privacy notice

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, optional phone number, shoot details and message.
• Reviews: your name, email (never published) and review content.
• Accounts: email address and profile details for listed photographers.
• Technical: a hashed IP address and user agent, used only for spam prevention.

Why we collect it

To pass your enquiry to the one photographer you chose, to moderate reviews, to run accounts and billing, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not share enquiries with any photographer other than the one you contacted.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months so photographers can reference past work, then deleted. Published reviews are kept while the listing exists. Account data is deleted on request.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email privacy@findphotographers.co.za and we will respond within 30 days. See our POPIA notice for the full detail.
